Job Title: Ads & Social Media Manager

We’re hiring an experienced Ads Manager to run campaigns across TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta, while managing social media content and engagement. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, focused on driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta
• Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and prepare weekly reports
• Create and test ad creatives and copy to improve conversions
• Manage social media pages, content calendar, and audience engagement

Requirements:

• 2+ years managing paid ads on TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads Manager
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ROI
• Strong command of analytics tools, tracking pixels, and A/B testing
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, re targeting, and funnel strategy
• Excellent communication and creative direction skills
