Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve performance goals (leads, sales, or engagement).
- Conduct audience research, ad copy creation, and creative testing to improve ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and custom events to track accurate campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for effective ad creatives.
- Implement and manage marketing automation workflows (email drip campaigns, lead nurturing, re-engagement, etc.).
- Integrate CRM and automation tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, Active Campaign, or similar) with Meta Ads for smooth lead flow.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta policies, trends, and algorithm updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API setup.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for data tracking.
- Ability to handle end-to-end campaign management — from strategy to reporting.
- Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager and tracking setups is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Meta Ads and marketing automation.
