ADP is hiring an on site Manager, Relationship Management. This role will develop and deliver strategic consultation, programs, training and guidance to Relationship Managers and Mentors regarding all matters related to the Comprehensive Services value proposition and client retention under the direction of the VP's of Relationship Management.

Related This role will work with Relationship Managers to effectively maintain, build and manage client relationships at all levels to ensure Comprehensive Services is successfully helping clients achieve their business strategies. The role will be responsible for driving results with Relationship Managers and their clients, with the goal of increasing client satisfaction and retention. Development.

Key areas of focus include the guidance/coaching on the development/ongoing management of strong, proactive strategic relationships with executive level client contacts. Success in this role can be defined by year over year increases in metrics related to: targeted revenue growth, contract renewals, NPS Survey results and client retention rates.

This role will be responsible for managing and reporting on various programs/initiatives related to the success of the RM's in developing and maintain client relationships - key role milestones, e.g. Account Plans, HCM Strat reviews, maintenance and addition of references, client success stories, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Function as a consultant and business partner to RM organization

  • Deliver support to Relationship Managers regarding managing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Plan, direct and implement strategic initiatives/topics and processes monthly and on an as need client basis
  • Serve as a resource for other team members, based on a strong working knowledge of team's responsibilities and goals
  • Lead and inspire the organization in strategic activities including overall alignment with new hire training and onboarding, mentoring, and talent/career development
  • Documentation for key RM processes and account management (e.g., executive overview, action plans, meeting agenda documentation)
  • Lead product adoption campaigns that the RM team can participate in (monthly campaigns to drive Doc Cloud, Data Cloud, Mobile adoption, etc)
  • Compliance campaigns... making sure that major topics such as EEO-1, FLSA and ACA are being driven through marketing material, webinars, 1/1 discussions with clients.
  • Governance around the tools we use and determination of what we use, where we store/track information (Navigator, Playbook)
  • Ensuring CS leverages the tools that have already been developed for ASO and PEO to maximize the benefit under the HRO umbrella, making the RMs more effective and adding value to our clients
  • Leading the contract renewal approach with a focus on the client life-cycle and key date events.
  • Liaise with the Henry development team to represent the RM interests
  • Increase utilization of Comprehensive Services tools, communications, processes and client retention activities

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of related implementation, project management, account management or operational experience with benefits, HR, payroll, HRIS and/or system implementation
  • Ability to work in our Collins Lane Louisville office five days a week
  • Is able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-caliber results.
  • Must possess an executive presence and skills to build strong, working relationships from front-line people to Senior Executives across business units and with clients.

  • Ability to recognize team members' performance and provide motivational support
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Ability to manage multiple ADP resources effectively through collaboration and influence.
  • Demonstrated highly effective verbal and written communication skills; delivers highly professional presentations and communications throughout the client and ADP organizations; strong executive presence
  • Demonstrates comprehensive understanding/ knowledge of ADP products, services, delivery models
  • Possess skills and experience in managing executive level relationships/partnerships with clients and third parties
  • Has a strong understanding of Comprehensive Services concept, issues and operations and advanced client relationship management experience.
  • Organizational savvy: Maintains a good rapport with all departments; knows the people and resources that can provide assistance and appropriately escalate issues.
