Key Responsibilities:- Content Development: Assist in creating engaging, "edutaining" content (e.g., articles, social media posts, videos, infographics) that simplifies complex product information and brand stories for various consumer segments.
- Community Engagement: Support initiatives to build and nurture brand communities, both online and through partnerships (e.g., university activations, online forums), turning engaged users into loyal advocates.
- Advocate & Influencer Support: Contribute to strategies for identifying, engaging, and empowering brand advocates (e.g., experts, loyal consumers) to share their authentic experiences, leveraging user-generated content.
- Digital Communication Strategy: Support the team in optimizing brand messaging and consumer journeys across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and e-commerce channels, to enhance understanding and drive conversion.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct research to understand consumer needs, communication preferences, and emerging trends in brand advocacy and content consumption.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of various advocacy-driven projects, contributing creative ideas and analytical support.

Who We're Looking For:- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in brand building, digital marketing, and consumer advocacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex information.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Passion for the beauty industry is a plus!
