What You Will Do

This role is for producers, not order takers.

• Conduct detailed roof & exterior inspections
• Use NEPQ-style questioning to lead homeowners through powerful conversations
• Meet with adjusters and document all findings
• Present scopes with clarity, transparency, and confidence
• Manage each job from inspection to final payment
• Follow up with urgency and professionalism
• Enter clean notes into CRM (JobNimbus)
• Represent the AEC brand with excellence in the field

What We’re Looking For

This is NOT an entry-level role.

Ideal candidates have:

• 1–2+ years of D2D, roofing, solar, or home-services sales
• Strong communication & listening skills (NEPQ experience is a plus)
• Confidence leading homeowners through an insurance claim or estimating process
• A bias for action, follow-through, and doing what they say they’ll do
• A clean, professional presence
• The desire to level up financially and professionally

Compensation Structure (High Performer Model)

First 30 Days: Onboarding incentive bonus based on production milestones

• Up to $2,000 earned paid training and commissions during your first month of sales

Commissions

• Tiered Profit Split (based on annual volume):
