As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced, patient-focused Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to join our team and help deliver outstanding clinical results.

About the Role

This is a full-time, in-person position for an Aesthetic Nurse Practitione who will perform aesthetic treatments, conduct consultations, create treatment plans, and provide safe, personalized care. You will work closely with our medical director and support staff to maintain an efficient clinic flow and a premium patient experience.

Strong clinical skills, an excellent aesthetic eye, and the ability to connect with patients are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Procedures

• Perform aesthetic treatments such as neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, skin tightening, and laser or energy-based therapies (based on training and scope)
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Assess candidacy, review contraindications, and prioritize patient safety
• Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, aftercare, and long-term plans
• Document all visits and treatments accurately in the medical record

Patient Experience & Communication

• Build strong rapport and trust with patients before, during, and after treatment
• Provide honest, ethical recommendations that prioritize patient goals and safety
• Communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish
• Maintain a calm, professional, and reassuring presence at all times

Skincare & Wellness / Weight-Loss Support

• Recommend individualized skincare regimens and medical-grade products
• Provide education on pre- and post-treatment skincare
• Participate in weight-loss consultations, medication management, and follow-ups according to protocols

Clinical Standards & Safety

• Follow all medical protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control standards
• Maintain required licenses, certifications, and continuing education
• Stay current with new treatments, products, and evidence-based techniques

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with front desk and clinical staff to support an efficient clinic flow
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and professional team culture

Schedule

• Full-time, in-person position
• Tuesday to Saturday
• 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida
• Prior experience in aesthetic medicine and injectables required
• Strong aesthetic eye and commitment to natural, balanced results
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish
• Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Consistent adherence to safety, protocols, and best practices

Compensation and Benefits

• $50 to $60 per hour, based on experience
• Monthly performance bonus and year-end bonus
