Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective performance marketing strategies across various platforms, including social media, search engines, in person, and display networks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage expertise in SEM, SEO, social media buying, and analytics to drive traffic, increase conversions, and optimize ROI for our in-person services. The Affiliate Marketer will play a key role in expanding our presence with potential clients, partners, and establishing strategic partnerships through innovative marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and other platforms
  • Conduct in-person visits to potential clients with efforts to convert to cliental
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to support marketing initiatives
  • Optimize campaigns through conversion rate optimization techniques and A/B testing
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Web analytics, and other SEO tools
  • Conduct social media planning and buying to maximize reach within allocated budgets
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, media buying, and web analytics
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in digital marketing and affiliate in-person programs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on affiliate marketing, SEM, SEO, and social media buying
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and other platforms
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools and SEO tools for optimization purposes
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns with a focus on conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools to track campaign performance and user behavior
  • Ability to develop strategic media plans within budget constraints
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including social media management and e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Pay: $46,904.21 - $56,486.79 per year
