We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to scale a global network of creators, hosts, and influencers for a high-impact digital awakening and identity transformation system.

You will lead affiliate growth, creator partnerships, and host onboarding — helping people worldwide discover tools that unlock clarity, confidence, and personal elevation.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Creator Acquisition

• Identify and onboard creators, micro-influencers, motivational speakers, wellness hosts, and transformation-focused partners.
• Build affiliate pipelines across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, WhatsApp, and global communities.
• Drive activation and help partners start promoting quickly.

Performance & Growth Management

• Optimize content angles, messaging, scripts, and creative for higher conversions.
• Analyze performance metrics: clicks, conversions, revenue, ROI.
• Manage weekly communication, performance reporting, and campaign planning.

Host Partnership Development

• Recruit and empower +1 hosts, wellness facilitators, and transformational leaders.
• Support them with training, content support, and promotional alignment.

Strategic Creative Execution

• Coordinate landing page links, tracking systems, promo codes, and funnel optimization.
• Provide partners with high-converting content packs, motivational angles, and campaign guidance.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations, or performance-driven growth roles.
• Proven ability to scale affiliate networks or creator-led sales funnels.
• Experience in wellness, personal growth, coaching, or digital products (bonus).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and project coordination skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously.
