We are seeking a motivated Affiliate Marketing Specialist to work remotely for Neevn.in and Fireya.co.in. The ideal candidate will drive sales through strategic affiliate partnerships and digital marketing efforts. This role offers an attractive commission of 10% to 15% on sales generated, with affiliates receiving their unique ID for tracking. Candidates must have a laptop and be comfortable working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness for Neevn.in and Fireya.co.in.
• Identify, recruit, and build relationships with potential affiliates and digital marketers.
• Promote the brands through various digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Manage affiliate relationships, support affiliates with marketing resources, and ensure compliance.
• Track and report on sales performance, conversions, and ROI.
• Maintain a database of affiliate partners and their performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to align marketing tactics with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of online sales, conversion strategies, and tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a good internet connection.
• Must have a laptop and a dedicated workspace.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
