Affiliate Marketing Manager

Salary Range: ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 (Negotiable)

Reporting To: Director of E-commerce Marketing

Role Summary

The Affiliate Marketing Manager will build and scale a global, performance-based referral network, creating an incremental, diversified sales channel across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities

● Program Development: Establish, launch, and manage the end-to-end global affiliate program across key international territories (US, UK, EU).

● Recruitment & Engagement: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliates, review sites, and content publishers.

● Management & Payout: Manage all operational aspects of the affiliate platform, including commission structures, accurate tracking, and timely payout processing.

● Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate traffic and conversion metrics daily, providing partners with optimized links and promotional materials to maximize long-term sales volume

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
