Part-Time Affirmative Immigration Attorney (In-Person – Charlotte, NC)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Affirmative Immigration Attorney to join our firm in Charlotte, NC, on a part-time, in-person basis. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing cases independently from day one , NO TRAINING PERIOD is available for this role.

This position is best suited for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centered environment and is ready to handle a variety of affirmative immigration matters, including but not limited to:

  • Waivers
  • Family-based petitions
  • Adjustment of Status
  • Naturalization
  • Humanitarian cases (TPS, VAWA, U Visa, etc.)
  • SIJS

Qualifications:

  • Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing (any state).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in affirmative immigration practice required.
  • Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures and forms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in person at our Charlotte office.
  • Independent and detail-oriented — ready to take cases from day one.

Additional Information:

  • This is a part-time position.
  • In-person only (no remote or hybrid options).
  • No contract basis – W-2 or hourly arrangement may be discussed during the interview.
