Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled After-Sales Operations Supervisor to manage and streamline our post-sales processes. The ideal candidate will handle customer coordination, invoicing, ledger updates, and recovery follow-ups with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage after-sales operations and customer coordination
  • Maintain customer ledgers, balances, and receivables
  • Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner
  • Conduct recovery follow-ups for outstanding payments
  • Handle customer queries and provide quick resolutions
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports (sales, recovery, outstanding)
  • Coordinate with sales and accounts departments
  • Maintain documentation and filing
  • Track and confirm dispatches/deliveries

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in after-sales accounts, or operations
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Excellent command over MS Office (Excel/Word)
  • Experience with Busy Software (preferred)
  • Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge (ledgers, receivables, invoicing)
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Time management and reporting skills

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Rs. 80,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)
  • Annual increment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
