Job Description – After Sales Parts and Warranty Manager
Job Title: After Sales Parts and Warranty Manager
Job Summary:
Aftersales Parts Sales oversees the processes and personnel involved in providing after-sales support, including parts management and warranty claims processing. This role ensures customer satisfaction by efficiently handling warranty claims, managing parts inventory, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external vendors.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and submitting warranty claims according to company and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate warranty documentation and ensuring timely processing of claims.
  • Monitoring claim statuses and resolving warranty-related customer issues.
  • Collaborating with service teams to ensure warranty-eligible work is identified and submitted correctly.
  • Analyzing warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Monitoring claim statuses and resolving warranty-related customer issues.
  • Collaborating with service teams to ensure warranty-eligible work is identified and submitted correctly.
  • Analyzing warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word processing software; Microsoft Excel spreadsheet software; Internet software.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, automotive, engineering, or related field or two or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
