Scope of the Role:

Responsible for implementing lean tools and best practices across the

Jewellery stores

Billing time reduction and Process simplification

Store process improvement across and process improvements

Consumable Kanban Inventory Management across locations

Responsible for Day1 lean for new stores

Improve Lean Score Index across

Knowledge

Billing time reduction and reduction of detractors

Process simplification and improvements

Constant communication and update stakeholders

Maintain & publish lean and status reports

Implementing Kanban system across the network

Support in Demand Planning process

Control inventory of Packing & Other consumable Kanban across

Lean tools – Training and Implementation across

Ensure Digitization implementation in all the stores

Coordinate closely with field sales teams, SMs & ABMs

Resolve technical issues with RO & Corporate IT


Work Experience


Graduate with good analytical & communication skills

Experience in tools like MS Excel & Macros

Exposure to Oracle & POSS

Proactive & Flexible to fulfil exceptional requirements

Influencing people

4 to 5 years of experience in operations / Retail processes / Process

Simplification / lean management

Open for travelling
