After‑Sales Service Coordinator – Automotive Showroom

With our ongoing expansion, we are looking for a dedicated After-sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service and have a strong background in automotive aftersales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate aftersales support for customers, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Manage customer inquiries related to warranties, repairs, and maintenance services.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and aftersales services using our internal software.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of customer requests.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to management as needed.

Candidate Requirements

✔ Previous experience in After-sales coordination within the automotive industry.
✔ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
✔ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
✔ Proficiency in using computers and experience with CRM systems.
✔ Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
✔ A proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
