Business Development & Revenue Ownership
- Drive revenue achievement for NeoFlo by building and managing a strong opportunity pipeline across
enterprise events, exhibitions, and large-format engagements.
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle including discovery meetings, requirement analysis, product demos,
solutioning, proposal creation, and deal closure.
- Act as the primary product evangelist during client pitches, presentations, and industry showcases.
Client & Internal Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with tech, operations, onboarding, and client-servicing teams to ensure seamless
delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work as a strategic advisor to clients, recommending the right NeoFlo solutions based on business needs.
- Facilitate smooth transition from sales to delivery, ensuring all functional teams are aligned on scope and
expectations.
Product Strategy & Innovation
- Provide structured, data-backed product feedback to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
- Work with the product and tech teams to drive continuous improvements, feature enhancements, and
innovation.
- Ensure internal teams (sales, creative, client servicing) are equipped to pitch NeoFlo effectively in
proposals and RFPs.
Required Qualifications & Experience Required Skills & Competencies
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent advanced degree
in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 5–10 years of experience in event technology,
SaaS platforms, enterprise events, B2B
solutioning, or client servicing roles.
- Strong communication, consultative selling,
and presentation capabilities.
- Hands-on experience in event-tech platforms
or enterprise event workflows is highly
preferred.
- Ability to manage cross-functional
collaboration with high ownership,
accountability, and an entrepreneurial problemsolving
approach.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder
