AGM – Tendering
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the team of Estimation, Costing, Budgeting, Tendering and Proposals.
- Submitting Expression of Interest to Clients for tendering/bidding purpose.
- Reviewing / checking of Tender documents, BOQ, Drawings and Contract Terms & Conditions.
- Raising technical Pre-bid queries for clarifications.
- Attending site visits and Pre-bid meetings with Clients/Consultants.
- Floating enquiries for specialized packages and taking follow ups with Vendors and Procurement teams
- Preparation of Estimate, Costing and Budgeting including Direct Cost & Indirect Cost working.
- Value Engineering and review of Estimate, Costing and Budget with the Management.
- Preparing and submitting Techno-Commercial Offers, Proposals for bid submissions.
- Reviewing/checking of Client’s Contracts with terms and conditions.
- Reviewing extra items, variations prepared by Project Teams and providing inputs for Client’s submission.
- Team Management and Co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, BD/Marketing Teams, Project Teams and Procurement Teams
Years of Experience – 8 – 15 Years
Real Estate Experience – Must Have
Qualifications – Any Graduate
CTC – 20 - 25 LPA
Location – Khar West
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
