Recommend appropriate products based on crop lifecycle and customer requirements
Generate and convert leads through effective product communication
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate and updated customer data in CRM systems
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionallyRequired Skills & Qualifications:BSc/MSc/MBA (Agriculture) graduates
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in teams
Quick learner, adaptable to agri-sales and rural market conditions
