Green Acre Services is looking at delivering high-quality landscaping, garden & pool maintenance solutions for residential communities and commercial properties. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Agriculture Engineer who can join our team and ensure exceptional plant health across client sites across U.A.E.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site inspections to evaluate plant health, soil conditions, irrigation efficiency and pest issues

• Recommend plant species suitable for Dubai’s climate and develop seasonal planting plans

• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, automated controllers)

• Create and implement plant care schedules — fertilizing, pruning, mulching, replacements

• Diagnose and propose solutions for plant diseases, pests, and nutrient deficiencies

• Support new landscape installation projects from soil preparation to plant arrangement

• Prepare technical reports, site findings, and improvement recommendations

• Coordinate with gardeners, technicians, supervisors, and suppliers

• Provide expert horticultural guidance during client meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field

• 3–7 years of UAE experience in landscaping or garden maintenance

• Strong understanding of local plant species, soil behaviour, and irrigation systems

• Ability to diagnose plant diseases, pests & recommend sustainable solutions

• Excellent communication, time management & field supervision skills

• UAE Driving License mandatory
