AI & Automation Sr. Expert

About the Role:

The AI & Automation Sr. Expert will play a key role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of AI models and process automation solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation through emerging technologies like machine learning (ML), robotic process automation (RPA), and intelligent workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI and automation initiatives.
• Assist in solution design and contribute to the development of RPA bots, machine learning models, and AI-driven applications.
• Conduct process analysis, requirements gathering, and feasibility assessments to identify automation opportunities.
• Build proof-of-concepts (PoCs) using machine learning, NLP, or RPA tools to validate ideas.
• Support the training, testing, and optimization of AI models for improved accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• Maintain and update documentation related to AI models, automation workflows, and use case designs.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed solutions and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and ethical AI guidelines.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• AI Practitioner Certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google) is preferred.
• RPA Certifications (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism) is preferred.

Experience:

• +8 years of experience in AI/ML solution development, RPA engineering, or intelligent automation consulting.

Skills:

• Familiarity with Python, TensorFlow, OpenAI API, or low-code automation platforms.
• Bilingual (Arabic and English)
