What We’re Looking For

• Education: O-Level/A-Level background plus a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Only graduates are eligible.
• Copywriting Skills: Ability to write sharp, witty, and engaging captions and ad copy tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

• AI Proficiency: Skilled in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) for idea generation, creative assistance, and content optimization.
• Creativity: A strong sense of branding, tone, and audience psychology.
• Organization: Familiarity with content scheduling tools and basic social media management workflows.
• Design Sense: Understanding of visual composition, with the ability to create or guide thumbnail and image designs.Your Role Will Include

• Writing attention-grabbing captions, post copy, and ad text across multiple social media platforms.
• Using AI tools to brainstorm ideas, enhance content quality, and boost productivity.
• Designing or collaborating on creative thumbnails and visual assets for campaigns.
• Managing and maintaining content calendars, ensuring timely posting and consistency.
• Collaborating closely with marketing and design teams to align visuals, tone, and messaging.
• Monitoring performance metrics and continuously optimizing content for engagement.
