The AI Creative Designer will contribute to, strengthen and accelerate our agency ambition – using design thinking and AI tools to visualize ideas that are both engaging and effective.

The ideal candidate will be a design led creative who enjoys experimenting with new tools, has a strong visual eye and wants to help shape how AI is used in the creative process.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES :


Creative Concepting & Visualization

·      Bring ideas and campaign concepts to life through bold, visually engaging mock-ups and storyboards

·      Visualize how brands could appear across outdoor, digital and experiential spaces

·      Craft visual narratives and audience scenes that help tell the story behind a strategy or idea

·      Collaborate with strategists and creatives to shape the look, feel and tone of campaign territories and straplines.

AI-Enabled Content Creation

  • Use AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kaiber and ChatGPT to generate visuals and short videos and refine outputs in Photoshop, Canva or Figma to align with brand look and feel.
  • Support the creation of AI enabled visuals and motion content for Team Red Dot’s own channels (website, LinkedIn, white papers, awards submissions, etc.).

Collaboration & Efficiency

  • Partner with Strategy and Client teams to visualize ideas efficiently
  • Build and maintain a shared library of AI-generated assets and templates
  • Support wider team in adoption of generative-AI tools and visual standards.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :


  • 1–3 years of experience in a creative, design or content role (agency or in-house)
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite for both graphics (Photoshop, Illustrator) and motion graphics/video editing (After Effects/Pika/Descript, etc.)
  • Proficiency in AI creative tools (e.g. MidJourney, Veo3, NanoBanana, Runway, Kaiber, Ideogram, ElevenLabs etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Canva/Figma for refinement and layout
  • Experience using ChatGPT or similar for creative conceptualization or copy
  • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles
  • Strong visual sense and understanding of composition, brand and storytelling
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and new creative tech
  • Clear communication and ability to translate concepts into visuals from briefs
  • Portfolio showcasing design thinking, AI experimentation and visual concepts
