AI Developer for Smart Reports and Dashboard Insights

We need an AI Developer who can help us add smart insights to our staff performance and sales dashboards. Our backend team will do all APIs and data work. Your job is only to build AI logic and simple predictions using the data we give you.

AI ReportsTeam Performance

• Show which tasks are on time, late, or overdue.
• Tell which team members are overloaded or underloaded.
• Find if someone’s productivity goes down suddenly.
• Compare employee performance with team average.
• Find tasks stuck for more than 3 days in review.
• Detect tasks with no work until 1 day before the deadline.
• Catch unusual behavior like:
• changing task status many times
• logging hours with no files or comments
• marking tasks “blocked” at the last moment

Sales & Leads

• Rank lead sources (which source gives best leads).
• Show lead-to-deal funnel and drop-off.
• Predict which leads have a high chance to close.
• Forecast pipeline for next 1–3 months.
• Group lost deals by reason.
• Show returning clients and upsell chances.

Finance & Projects

• Find unprofitable clients/projects.
• Compare forecast vs actual sales.
• Give AI alerts for:
• high-priority leads
• projects at risk of delay

Skills Needed

• Dood knowledge of AI / Machine Learning.
• You should know Python and AI libraries (like scikit-learn).
• You will work with data given by our backend team.
• You only need to return simple results:
• predictions
• alerts
• scores
• insights
