Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer (Generative AI) to design, develop, and implement advanced AI models and intelligent applications. The role involves building creative and high-performing AI-driven solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating cutting-edge technologies into our products and services to enhance user experience and business value.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Development & Research

• Design and develop generative AI models for text, images, and other data formats.
• Conduct ongoing research to stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Identify and propose opportunities to apply new AI techniques across company products and services.
• Implement generative architectures such as GPT, VAE, and GANs using modern frameworks.

Implementation & Performance

• Build and optimize algorithms using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Conduct experiments to test, validate, and improve model performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

Collaboration & Best Practices

• Partner with teams to define clear AI project goals aligned with company objectives.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain clear documentation, and follow best development practices.
• Stay informed on new AI research and ensure integration of the latest tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or OpenAI libraries.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models using techniques such as GPT, VAE, or GANs.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for AI model deployment.
• Understanding of software development tools and version control (Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Awareness of AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in AI development with a focus on generative models.
