AI Developer (Python)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled AI Developer with strong expertise in Python to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building AI-driven solutions, developing machine learning models, and integrating intelligent features into real-world applications.

Experience with Laravel PHP will be considered a strong advantage, especially for integrating AI modules with existing web systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Machine Learning Development

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for classification, prediction, automation, and data processing.
• Work with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI frameworks depending on project requirements.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.

Data Handling & Processing

• Prepare datasets, clean data, and perform exploratory data analysis.
• Implement data pipelines and automate preprocessing workflows.

Integration & Backend Work

• Build APIs and integrate AI features into web or mobile applications.
• Collaborate with Laravel developers to ensure seamless backend integration.
• Work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.

Testing & Optimization

• Perform model validation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to AI components.

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with the product, development, and QA teams.
• Maintain clear code documentation and technical reports.

RequirementsTechnical Skills

• Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience in AI/ML development, model training, and evaluation.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Experience creating and integrating APIs.
• Laravel PHP experience (minimum basic to intermediate) is highly preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an AI Developer, Python Developer, or related field.
• Previous work with AI-driven applications or production-grade ML models.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
