We operate 24/7 in the fast-paced flower trade, supporting customers worldwide 365 days a year. Our Dubai office is open from 7 AM to 9 PM, 7 days a week, enabling smooth global coordination across time zones and continents. These hours are covered by teams in two different shifts, working 5 days a week, also covering weekends and Public Holidays. Together with colleagues around the world, we work towards one shared mission: “Bringing the best flowers to any place in the world”.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Career starters or junior talent

- Currently living in Dubai or UAE

- Excited about content creation, social media, and storytelling

- Loves experimenting with AI tools, from visuals to scripts

- Passionate, curious, and ready to grow fast

What You’ll Do:

- Create and plan inspiring content across social platforms including (but not limited to):

Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube

- Create artwork and collateral, both digital and print-ready

- Assist the Sales team with captive mailings

- Create and maintain online product catalogs

- Create and maintain SOP’s

- Update and maintain our website, together with our in-house IT team

- Assist in Sales & Operations when needed

- Handle office related tasks such as answering phone calls

- Handle general administrative tasks

Work with (AI) tools such as:

ChatGPT (writing, captions, scripts)

MidJourney (AI visuals & artistry)

RunwayML (AI video experiments)

Design applications: Adobe InDesign/ Illustrator/ Photoshop, Canva, and other AI-assisted design apps

Turn tech + flowers into engaging stories: product showcases, AI explainers, trending content, and digital innovation ideas. Help grow community engagement and brand visibility.

Skills & Mindset:

- Excellent in speaking and writing Business English, Dutch and/or Spanish is a pre

- Experience or a Degree in Media, Graphical Design, Marketing or related

- Creative writing and captioning ability

- Knowledge of video editing and design tools with AI experience

- Strong awareness of social trends

- Confident communicator and fast learner

- Enthusiasm for the floral industry and emerging technology

- Intuitively creative

- Curious and eager to learn

- Flexible in working hours and days

- Exceptional planning skills and eye for detail

- Deadline control & time management

- A team-player with a hands-on attitude
