AI Engineer

Digital Phantom is looking for an AI Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to develop and deploy AI-powered systems, automations, and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize machine learning & deep learning models
• Develop AI automations, chatbots, and internal tools
• Work with AI APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)
• Data preparation, model evaluation & deployment
• Support marketing and business automation workflows

Requirements

• 2–3 years of AI/ML development experience
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Familiarity with AI APIs & automation stacks
• Understanding of prompt engineering
• Ability to work during Canadian/US hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, etc.)
• Cloud deployment (AWS / GCP)
