AI Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer / AI Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to understand complex problems, design AI-driven solutions, and develop systems with minimal supervision. This role requires hands-on experience in large language models (LLMs), AI frameworks, and backend integration.

Job Requirements

• Strong ability to understand complex problems and requirements.
• Skilled in designing and developing AI systems independently.
• Ability to identify key requirement pain points and propose effective AI-driven solutions.
• Solid analytical and AI problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Understanding of agent orchestration and agentic AI.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Familiarity with multimodal LLMs.
• Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP), Flask, or FastAPI.

Education & Experience:
