AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering. As a remote AI Engineer, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI solutions that address complex challenges and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Model Development: Design, build, and refine machine learning models and algorithms to solve specific problems.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and features for model training.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of AI models through rigorous testing and tuning.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply cutting-edge techniques to our projects.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and workflows.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for deployed AI systems, addressing issues and implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of projects or publications.
• Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Tools: Familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong analytical skills, and effective communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
