Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative AI Engineer with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in AI application or automation workflow development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding, hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, and a proven track record of implementing impactful AI use cases. This role requires a forward-thinking individual who is passionate about AI, demonstrates creative problem-solving abilities, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI applications and workflows.
• Implement and optimize agentic frameworks to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of AI use cases, from ideation to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and proactively propose innovative solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in AI application or workflow development.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks and AI model deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and scale AI use cases in a business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for AI and a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cloud-based AI solutions.
• Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI projects.
