AI Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to drive automation, improve efficiency, and enhance business intelligence across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI models, machine learning algorithms, and data-driven solutions.
• Work with large datasets to train, evaluate, and optimize AI/ML models.
• Develop and deploy AI applications such as NLP models, computer vision systems, recommendation engines, or predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software developers, and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve model performance post-deployment.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure ethical, secure, and compliant use of AI in all applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R*, or Java*.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning techniques.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying AI models into production environments.
• Knowledge of APIs, RESTful services, and data pipelines.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering.
• Experience with version control (Git) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
