AI Engineer (Mid-Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and implement AI solutions. The candidate will work on machine learning models, data analysis, and AI-driven applications to help our products deliver intelligent features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models for various applications.
• Work with data scientists, developers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Preprocess, analyze, and interpret large datasets to build AI models.
• Ensure model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate in code reviews, model testing, and deployment processes.
• Stay updated with AI/ML research, tools, and industry trends.
• Document processes, methodologies, and model performance metrics.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong knowledge of Python, R, or Java, and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.

Preferred (Optional)

• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or generative AI.
• Knowledge of deploying AI models in production environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
