Job Overview:

As an AI Engineer, you will develop, optimize, and integrate machine learning models into AvePoint s SaaS systems. The role bridges data science, software engineering, and DevOps, applying AI to real-world use cases such as document classification, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, train, and evaluate ML/DL models using frameworks like TensorFlow / PyTorch.
• Build data pipelines (ETL) and perform data preprocessing for large datasets.
• Implement and deploy trained models via APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS / Azure ML).
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate AI components into SaaS environments.
• Optimize models for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Research emerging AI technologies and propose new approaches to improve system intelligence.

Requirements: - Technical

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (plus: C#, Java, Node.js).
• Proficient in ML fundamentals, neural network architectures (CNN, RNN/LSTM, Transformers).
• Familiar with data structures, algorithms, and complexity optimization.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, modular code design.
• Understanding of cloud deployment, serverless systems, and real-time inference.
