We’re looking for a skilled AI & Google Sheets Automation Specialist who can automate workflows, integrate Amazon data into smart dashboards, and streamline processes across multiple departments using AI, Google Apps Script, and automation tools.

Work Details:

➜ Office Location: Paragon City, Lahore

➜ Working Days: Monday to Friday

➜ Timings: Fully flexible working hours. Our office operates from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM, and you may check in and check out at any time within this window. No fixed hour restrictions.

The Role:

Amazon Data Automation

➜ Automate the import of Amazon reports into Google Sheets with proper mapping and validation

➜ Build dynamic dashboards to track KPIs for Wholesale, PL, and PPC teams

➜ Ensure data is refreshed, accurate, and structured without manual work

Department Workflow Automation

➜ Develop automated workflows for HR, Admin, BD, Customer Support, PD, PL, PPC & Web teams

➜ Create triggers, scripts, alerts, and scheduled automations for repetitive tasks

➜ Improve efficiency across departments through AI-based solutions

Email & Communication Automation

➜ Automate HR emails including rejections, welcome emails, onboarding sequences

➜ Build automated outreach and follow-up sequences for BD department

➜ Set up email tracking, reminders, and workflow analytics

AI-Driven Integrations & Scripting

➜ Build custom automation scripts using Google Apps Script, Python, or API integrations

➜ Use AI tools to optimize workloads, reduce manual input, and improve reporting

➜ Identify bottlenecks and implement automation strategies company-wide

Dashboard & Reporting Automation

➜ Develop performance dashboards for departments to visualize real-time data

➜ Ensure data accuracy, error handling, and smooth integration across sheets

➜ Maintain documentation of all automation workflows

What We’re Looking For:

➜ Proven experience in Google Sheets automation & Google Apps Script

➜ Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms (Make, Zapier, API integrations)

➜ Hands-on skills in dashboard building (Looker Studio, Sheets, or Power BI)

➜ Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central reports is a strong plus

➜ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and workflow-building skills

➜ Ability to collaborate across HR, Admin, BD, PL, PPC, Wholesale, Web & Support teams

➜ Strong communication and documentation skills
