AI, IT & Automation Specialist – Training & Solutions

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver AI, IT, cybersecurity, and automation training to client teams (marketing agencies, school districts, and other organizations)
• Implement and configure AI-powered software solutions for client workflows
• Develop training materials, guides, and step-by-step onboarding documentation
• Provide support for IT, software, and automation implementation projects
• Collaborate with a small team to create scalable solutions and client success processes
• Help clients integrate AI tools for marketing, operations, content creation, and automation
• Occasionally participate in software testing, cybersecurity audits, or IT troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in AI, IT, software implementation, or automation solutions
• Experience in training or teaching technical concepts to teams or clients
• Strong understanding of marketing technology, AI applications, or workflow software
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and cloud backup solutions a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup/fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Experience with AI content platforms, workflow automation software, or SaaS
• Background in government or school district IT systems
• Ability to create clear documentation and training materials
