AI & ML Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI & Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision. The ideal candidate will bring both hands-on technical expertise and a deep understanding of AI methodologies to help design, build, and scale intelligent systems across our product ecosystem.

In this role, you will join the development of intelligent systems using cutting-edge models and frameworks, such as YOLO, CNNs, and Transformers, and work across teams to translate complex AI research into scalable, production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End ML Development: Design, implement, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications in NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Computer Vision Engineering: Develop advanced image and video processing algorithms using OpenCV, CNNs, and deep learning-based object detection and segmentation frameworks.
• Natural Language Processing: Design and fine-tune NLP models for tasks such as entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and document classification using frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, or NLTK.
• Model Evaluation & Optimization: Apply advanced regression, classification, and optimization techniques to improve model accuracy, robustness, and generalization.
• Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest research in machine learning, computer vision, and NLP, and translate new concepts into practical applications.
• Data Management: Oversee data collection, labeling, preprocessing, and feature engineering pipelines to ensure data quality and readiness.
• Collaboration & Integration: Partner with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems and optimize performance for scalability.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Ai based Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related roles.

Technical Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and OpenCV.
• Proven experience in computer vision applications (object detection, segmentation, OCR, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with NLP frameworks (Hugging Face, spaCy, NLTK, or similar).
• Solid understanding of regression models, statistical learning, and feature engineering.
• Experience designing and training deep learning architectures (ANNs, CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Familiarity with cloud-based ML environments (AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, model versioning, and MLOps workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, and video data).
• Experience with model interpretability and explainable AI (XAI) frameworks.
• Understanding of edge AI or real-time inference systems.
• Knowledge of distributed training and performance optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
