Job Purpose
Owns strategic planning, KPI tracking, and portfolio performance for AI initiatives. Ensures AI investments are aligned with business priorities and tracked for impact and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage the AI initiative portfolio, aligning with strategic goals.
· Define KPIs and OKRs for AI use cases and monitor performance.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure resource alignment across projects.
· Track budgets, risks, timelines, and resource usage across the AI portfolio.
· Provide executive reporting and insights to guide strategic decisions.
· Facilitate quarterly planning and prioritization cycles.
· Support governance and audit processes related to AI initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
Experience: 5–7 years in portfolio/program planning or enterprise project management.
Key Competency Requirements
Technical Skills:
· Familiarity with AI project lifecycles, technologies, and KPIs.
· Advanced use of portfolio/project management tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira Align).
Strategic & Planning Skills:
· Strong understanding of portfolio management frameworks (PPM, SAFe).
· Ability to analyze and visualize data to support decision-making.
Soft Skills:
· Strong organizational and presentation skills.
· Executive-level stakeholder engagement and reporting abilities.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and outcomes.
