As an Individual Contributor, this role is responsible for defining strategy, delivery roadmap, and business outcomes for strategic AI solution, turning prioritized use cases into secure, scalable, and highly adopted solutions that make work simpler and more efficient for our employees, and improve experiences for our customers. This position is responsible for building the engine and practice of AI solution optimization in a way that can expand and scale over time to drive increasing value and competitive advantage for the Bank. Success will be measured by usage/adoption and solution-specific KPIs such as productivity uplift, improved CX/EX, reduced manual steps, improved quality, and strengthened risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.

Minimum 6 years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping data-heavy or AI-enabled products. Experience working with LLM/GPT-style solutions or intelligent automation.

Demonstrated proficiency in AI solution patterns including prompting, tools/functions, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation methods, as well as experience with MS Copilot Studio, or similar platforms

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, Excel, PowerPoint, and tools such as Jira. Familiarity with Bank systems, business process management platforms, and low-code development tools is preferred.

Proven experience with Agile delivery methodology, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and iterative development.

Skilled in developing product roadmaps, writing clear and actionable requirements, and collaborating with partners to size and groom features. Strong ability to understand complex systems and workflows.

Advance knowledge and skill proficiency in Application Support, Application Testing, Business Analysis, Critical Thinking, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer Experience, Project Management, Systems Analysis, and Technology Acumen.

Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in Laws & Regulations.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Able to work independently across department and with all levels of management. Able to manage multiple projects in dynamic environments with shifting priorities. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

Strategy and Planning

: Defines the vision and objectives for AI initiatives in line with market, business, employee, and customer needs and opportunities. Develops a delivery roadmap that addresses dependencies, partner needs, and the holistic experience. Ensures stakeholder alignment and leads effective change management to realize committed results.

Requirements and Solution Design

: Partners with business owners and analysts to elicit and translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluation plans. Specifies guardrails, human-in-the-loop points, and decision boundaries appropriate to the risk profile of the AI solution.

Data Stewardship and Readiness

: Collaborates with Data Engineering and Governance teams to define and execute a data strategy for AI, ensuring data quality, lineage, and access controls. Champions responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, and retention compliance, and advocates for metadata improvements to support scalability.

Agile Leadership

: Facilitates backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies, and quarterly planning within fixed budgets. Leads cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions and maintain a transparent delivery cadence. Oversees testing and ensures solutions meet goals, incorporating control points and establishing a repeatable lifecycle.

Change and Adoption Enablement

: Partners with AIDC Change Readiness to plan and execute rollouts, training, and adoption strategies for AI solutions. Ensures employees are equipped and supported through transitions, driving engagement and sustained usage. Facilitates feedback loops to continuously improve adoption outcomes.

Performance Storytelling

: Translates funnel, pipeline, and KPI metrics into clear, compelling updates for stakeholders. Synthesizes data into actionable insights that inform strategy, highlight progress, and support decision-making. Ensures reporting is timely, relevant, and aligned with business goals.
