AI Software Engineer (Python)

We are looking a AI Software Engineer (Python)  to join our team and help developing LLM powered application, text and audiobased systems. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be working on an AI-powered voice assistant platform with the following key responsibilities:

• API Development & Integration : Develop, deploy, and maintain robust REST and streaming APIs in Python for integration with enterprise systems and applications, ensuring secure, efficient, and well-documented endpoints that adhere to industry best practices.
• AI/ML Implementation : Design and implement deep learning models focused on NLP and audio processing for voice assistant capabilities, with hands-on experience in LLM integration and AI agent development.
• Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment : Architect and deploy scalable solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with serverless deployment strategies, implementing efficient caching mechanisms and microservices architecture.
• System Design & Database Management : Design robust system architectures with strong focus on MySQL database design, optimization, and management for enterprise-scale applications.
• Development Operations : Improve build and test systems to enhance development efficiency and reliability, managing complex repositories with Git/Git LFS best practices.
• Security & Performance : Implement microservices security protocols and optimize system performance across distributed architectures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 3+ years of software development experience  with substantial R&D components in accomplished projects
• Proven experience developing enterprise applications  with LLM integration and AI agent frameworks

Technical Skills

• Advanced Python programming  with strong Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks  (e.g., PyTorch)
• Enterprise-level experience with LLMs and AI agents  in production environments
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise  with serverless deployment experience
• System design and architecture  for scalable, distributed systems
• Caching mechanisms  implementation and optimization
• REST APIs and streaming APIs  development and management
• Strong MySQL knowledge  including database design, optimization, and management
• Vector databases experience  with Chroma and Weaviate for AI applications
• RAG systems expertise  including both basic and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation implementations
• Experience with large-scale data processing and storage solutions
• Advanced Git and Git LFS  repository management and best practices
• Microservices security  implementation and protocols
• Agile methodology  and software development lifecycle expertise
• Excellent understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Software design patterns and principles
• API security and authentication best practices

Soft Skills

• Fluent in English  and Turkish (written and verbal communication)
• Continuous learning mindset  with enthusiasm for pursuing research and adopting new technologies
• Strong problem-solving abilities  and analytical thinking
• Collaborative team player  with excellent communication skills
