We’re looking for a passionate AI Video Specialist who lives and breathes AI image and video generation tools and can produce high-quality, visually compelling videos that merge creativity with cutting-edge technology.

Role Overview

As an AI Video Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing, generating, and editing video content using AI-first workflows. From AI-generated imagery to fully produced reels, explainers, or podcast visuals, you’ll take ownership of bringing concepts to life with speed, creativity, and technical precision.

This role goes beyond traditional video editing — it’s for someone who eats, sleeps, and experiments with generative AI tools to produce content that wows audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality video content (social media reels, marketing videos, e-learning visuals, podcast clips, promos) using AI tools + traditional editing tools.
• Leverage AI video/image generation platforms such as Runway, Pika Labs, Pika 1.0, Kaiber, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar.
• Design and generate AI-driven imagery, animations, or visual assets to enhance videos.
• Edit and finalize videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent, ensuring smooth storytelling, strong pacing, and polished output.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to visualize scripts/storyboards and execute them with AI-enhanced workflows.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI tools and creative workflows, experimenting and sharing ideas to push innovation.
• Maintain a library of prompts, assets, and workflows for efficient content creation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, motion design, or multimedia content creation.
• Proven experience using AI tools for content generation (portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos/images is a must).
• Strong grasp of tools like Runway, Pika, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Suite.
• Excellent sense of visual storytelling, timing, typography, and sound sync.
• Strong English communication skills (to understand briefs and contribute ideas).
• Creative, experimental mindset — someone who loves trying new tools and workflows.
• Based in Mumbai – this is an on-site role in Goregaon East.

Bonus Skills

• Experience in designing for e-learning, training, or corporate video content.
• Familiarity with AI voiceover or text-to-speech tools.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and compositing.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
