We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Development Team Lead to drive our machine learning initiatives, lead a talented team, and design end-to-end AI solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and a passion for building innovative systems using modern AI technologies, including LLMs and generative AI.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership, Architecture & R&D
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML solution development—from architecture and data pipelines to model deployment and post-production support.
- Build and optimize ML models across NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, forecasting, and other core domains.
- Integrate, fine-tune, and deploy advanced LLMs such as GPT, BERT, and LLaMA.
- Evaluate and choose the right ML frameworks, tools, cloud platforms, and data technologies.
- Set up and manage reliable MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model tracking, performance monitoring, and drift detection.
- Drive experimentation, PoCs, benchmarking, and research initiatives.
- Identify opportunities where AI can solve business challenges and create measurable impact.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ML engineers, data scientists, and research engineers.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and promote best practices in ML development and MLOps.
Stakeholder & Project Management
- Work with leadership and cross-functional teams to define AI strategy, roadmap, and key success metrics.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical plans and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Create architectural documents, technical proposals, and progress reports for stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience after completing a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
- Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and neural network design.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.
- Practical experience with LLMs, transformer models, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving, system design, and communication skills.

- Certifications in AI/ML, cloud computing, or data engineering.
