AI/ML Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that solve real-world business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data analysis, model training, and production deployment of ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
• Develop and implement AI algorithms and pipelines to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems.
• Evaluate and improve model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, frameworks, and technologies in AI/ML.
• Prepare technical documentation and present model insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3+ years) as an AI/ML Engineer, Data Scientist, or similar role.
• Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and data structures.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and API integration for deploying ML models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
• Exposure to MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, etc.).
• Understanding of data pipelines and ETL frameworks.
• Experience in building AI chatbots or recommendation systems.
