AI/ML Python Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for developing scalable AI/ML solutions, building data pipelines, and contributing to end-to-end machine learning workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models using Python-based frameworks.

Build and optimize data pipelines for training and inference.

Implement machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning) based on project requirements.

Integrate AI/ML models into production systems and applications.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code.

Prepare documentation, reports, and model performance summaries in clear and professional English.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Python and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).

Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and modeling techniques.

Experience with data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.

Knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and version control (Git) is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Excellent English language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with NLP, LLMs, or Generative AI.

Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).

Exposure to big-data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is an advantage
