Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Advocate to join our Legal team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate laws, revenue matters, property documentation, and litigation procedures.

The role also involves legal documentation, court appearances, and liaison work with external counsel.

The position requires flexibility in working hours, especially for post-office visits and legal errands.
Key Responsibilities

Visit external counsels office post 6:30 PM for case discussions and document submissions.

Attend court hearings, police stations, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies as required.

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents including property and revenue records.

Provide legal support on real estate projects, title verification, land acquisition, RERA compliance, and due diligence.

Conduct legal research and provide support in case preparation.

Maintain and update case files, follow up on hearing dates, and ensure timely compliance.

Coordinate with internal departments for gathering necessary information and documents.

Liaise with external legal consultants and advocates on ongoing matters.

Translate and interpret Kannada legal documents when required.
Required Qualifications And Skills
Education:
Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation or corporate legal field with exposure to revenue matters and real estate transactions.

Proficiency in reading and writing Kannada is mandatory.

Strong understanding of revenue documents, property documentation, and court procedures.

Familiarity with real estate laws, RERA regulations, land records, and registration processes.

Excellent communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive legal issues with discretion and professionalism.

Willingness to travel locally and work beyond standard office hours when required
