All-Round Tailor (Abaya, Kaftan, T-Shirts & Apparel Production)

Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing fashion brand specializing in modern and traditional clothing, including abayas, kaftans, casual wear, and accessories. We are expanding our production team and are seeking a skilled, experienced tailor who can confidently stitch a variety of garments with high-quality finishing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Stitch a wide range of garments, including:
• Abayas & Kaftans
• T-Shirts & Hoodies
• Dresses, Tops, Pants
• Tote Bags & Fabric Accessories
• Cut fabric accurately from measurements or patterns
• Operate industrial sewing machines (straight stitch, overlock/serger, coverstitch, etc.)
• Work with different fabrics such as chiffon, crepe, satin, jersey, cotton, and canvas
• Perform fittings, alterations, and finishing work
• Maintain product quality and consistency
• Meet production timelines and daily stitching targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a tailor or garment maker
• Ability to stitch multiple types of clothing from start to finish
• Strong understanding of garment construction and pattern cutting
• Skilled with industrial sewing equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to clean finishing
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

Preferred:

• Portfolio or sample work
• Experience working in a production workshop or fashion brand
