Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide in-depth technical intelligence and analytical support to multiple mission engineering studies. The ideal candidate will process and integrate complex datasets from across intelligence sources to enable both descriptive (Model-Based Systems Engineering) and constructive (AFSIM, iTASE, NGTS, etc.) modeling. The candidates work will help shape the nation’s most critical research and engineering decisions by generating actionable insights that inform advanced modeling, simulation, and systems engineering efforts. Work Location: Onsite: Alexandria, VA.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, with focus areas including data extraction, object-based intelligence, advanced analytics, concept development, or systems integration within a defense or military environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Military Services, or the Intelligence Community.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating and analyzing data from multiple all-source intelligence systems (MIDB, MARS) to support MBSE and M&S applications.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across organizations, including Service Intelligence Centers, Joint Staff, Warfare Development Centers, and National Intelligence Agencies.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently or as part of a team under tight timelines.
  • Excellent technical writing and presentation development abilities for creating comprehensive analytic and operational deliverables.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research or Engineering, or completion of advanced Professional Military Education relevant to military training or planning.
  • U.S. Citizen with Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility.

Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience supporting a Service Intelligence Center, Combatant Command, or Joint Staff.
  • Previous work in a J2 (Intelligence) or J3 (Operations) role, contributing to operational planning or intelligence integration.
