Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble aluminium profiles using appropriate tools and machines.
• Perform fabrication of glass doors, windows, curtain walls, handrails, skylights, and other architectural glazing systems.
• Handle glass cutting, edge polishing, and fitting into aluminium frames.
• Ensure quality checks and dimensional accuracy before delivery or installation.
• Assist in on-site installation and fitting as required.
• Maintain tools, machinery, and workstations in proper working condition.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines within the workshop and at site.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical certificate in mechanical or fabrication field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in aluminium and glass fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium systems (e.g., Technal, Schüco, Gulf Extrusions, or equivalent).
• Ability to operate cutting machines, punching machines, CNC routers, and hand tools.
• Knowledge of different glass types and glazing techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 kg.
• Comfortable working in workshop and site environments.

Preferred:

• UAE / GCC experience in aluminium and glass projects.
• Valid UAE driving license (optional depending on the role).
