Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Foreman with a strong background in fit-out and construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will oversee fabrication activities, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with project teams to deliver work on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fabrication teams at workshop and site.
• Coordinate daily tasks, assign workloads, and monitor progress.
• Ensure all fabrication works align with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections to verify workmanship, material quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Interpret technical drawings and provide guidance to fabricators and welders.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, production records, and material tracking.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and adherence to HSE guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in fabrication, fit-out, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (metal, steel, joinery is a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
