Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Arab National - Aluminum and Glass Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes, ensure efficiency, and maintain high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in aluminum and glass fabrication, team leadership skills, and a strong understanding of industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily aluminum and glass production operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules and resources.
• Ensure quality control standards are met for all products.
• Supervise and train production staff.
• Maintain machinery and equipment in optimal condition.
• Improve production efficiency while minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.
• Work closely with design, procurement, and sales teams to meet customer requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 10 to 15 years in aluminum and glass production.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication, glass cutting, tempering, and installation.
• Experience with CNC machines, cutting tools, and assembly lines is a plus.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in [AutoCAD, ERP software, Microsoft Office, etc.] is a plus.
