Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Foreman to lead and supervise on-site activities related to aluminum fabrication and installation works. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in aluminum and façade systems, proven leadership skills, and the ability to ensure work is executed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of aluminum fabricators and installers on site.
• Ensure all fabrication and installation work complies with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines.
• Inspect materials and ensure proper handling, fitting, and alignment of aluminum profiles, doors, windows, curtain walls, and cladding.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and QA/QC teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with site regulations and company policies.
• Prepare daily work reports and provide updates to site engineers or project managers.
• Provide on-site training and guidance to workers to maintain high workmanship quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in aluminum and façade installation, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/foreman role.
• Strong technical knowledge of aluminum systems, including doors, windows, curtain walls, and cladding.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and ensure productivity on site.
• Prior UAE experience preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
